Firestone Complete Auto Care

They saved my little family and I some stress. When 2 other businesses turned us away, before Labor Day, Firestone took their time to check my tires and removed one nail from one tire. It was a superficial puncture but non the less they were the only ones who cared on a busy Sunday. Thank you! We are officially faithful clients!

I woke up this morning with a flat tire, i went to fire stone and spoke to Robert. This was such a great experience, he took care of my vehicle in about 20 minutes, extremely polite, calm and helpful. I recommend going here if you want great service.

Excellent experience at Firestone! Juan the tech was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was fast, honest, and done right the first time. My vehicle is running great, and I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend Juan and the entire Firestone team!

Had an excellent experience at Firestone thanks to Robert and Alvarez. Both of them were professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to push any unnecessary services. The work was done quickly, and my vehicle is running perfectly now. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend asking for Robert and Alvarez if you want top-notch service!

Staff is super nice! Robert was very helpful! My brakes weren’t working and they were able to replace the part I needed right away. They went out of their way to have the part delivered from a different warehouse so I could have my truck in working order on the same day. Highly recommend!!
